Today was another incredible day aboard National Geographic Venture. We started bright and early with a sunrise cruise in the idyllic Bahia Concepcion, enjoying the incredible islands filled with nesting seabirds. After sticky buns and coffee on the water, we snorkeled in the spectacular waters off Isla Los Coyotes and watched ospreys catch fish in the shallows. Zodiac cruisers saw nesting blue-footed boobies, endemic yellow-footed gulls, and magnificent frigatebirds.
In the afternoon we had an amazing encounter with a pod of dolphins and learned from our remarkable natural history staff. We look forward to what’s in store tomorrow aboard National Geographic Venture.
