The weather today in Clarkston, Washington made us do a double take as we looked toward our calendars. April and snow? Yup. It didn’t matter as we bundled up and sped away on jet boats into the upper reaches of Hell’s Canyon or explored the history of Lewis and Clark and their time spent with the Nez Perce people. Wineries were included in our land-based adventure, which we found internally warming as well. Either way, the snow added another interesting element to an already fascinating day.
