A beautiful morning awaited our guests at the little island of South Plaza. An early outing was offered and we got to see many sea birds: swallow-tailed gulls, Galapagos shear waters, frigates, pelicans, brown noddies. We also saw a big colony of sea lions and a Galapagos land iguana. The landscape here is spectacular, with all of the contrasting colors.
In the afternoon we visited Santa Fe Island where snorkeling was offered. We explored a great place full of colorful fish, rays, sea lions, and sea turtles. To end the day we enjoyed a great hike where the unique Santa Fe land iguana was observed and a large number of Galapagos sea lions.
