It was another beautiful morning as National Geographic Sea Lion slowly came to life. It was our day to explore Hells Canyon for the morning, into late afternoon. So, right after breakfast we boarded the amazing jet boats that would take us about fifty miles up-river to the confluence of the Snake and Salmon Rivers. We were treated to a wonderful day, filled with all kinds of wildlife sightings, and magnificent scenery! Later that evening, National Geographic Sea Lion would pull away from the dock and start its long journey down river.
